Eating this way has literally changed my life. But that’s another blog post. Today’s is all about one of my favorite meals on Whole 30…Hot Wings! For me, chicken wings need to be crispy (but not battered) and this recipe is perfect…full of flavor, spicy and most importantly, crispy!
